I offer a compassionate space for men and women of all ages who grieve the loss of a relationship, a death, a job, a pet, etc. Our collaborations address anxiety, depression, and/or living with ADHD, Autism, and other challenging diagnoses. Clients may prefer goal-oriented or extended therapy sessions. We may work on self-acceptance, explore childhood trauma, and discover effective ways to manage our active minds or broken hearts. This is tailored support to restore fulfillment in work, relationships, and to emphasize the value of self-care.
My clients represent diverse ages, genders, races, and religious communities. I work with a range of experiences including aging and career transitions, grief, anxiety, depression, PTSD, and trauma. I specialize in neurodevelopmental disabilities like Autism Spectrum Disorder, ADHD, disability adjustment, and in rehabilitation counseling. I welcome the existential questions, like those addressing climate change and religious trauma.
